Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that cultivates physical and mental well-being. Practising tai chi develops a sense of calm and stillness through slow and continuous movements.  Learn this beautiful form of exercise in a caring and supportive environment, with classes specifically developed for beginner students.  Wednesdays 2.00pm-3.00pm.  $160 per term (attend up to 3 classes per week)
