Call Push Shock presented by Ambulance Victoria

DAY/S: Tuesday 14 May

TIME: 10.00am – 11.00am

This is a single session.

GROUP COST: FREE, Bookings Essential as places are limited.

Focuses on CPR, using an AED and becoming a GoodSAM responder.

All House Users are welcome to attend and learn how they can help in an emergency situation.


After all of the positive feedback and interest from our February session, we are pleased to confirm we will be hosting an additional session of Call Push Shock on Tuesday 14 May at 10am. Once again, places are limited, so please ensure you book your place.

Join a friendly group of book lovers.

Do you enjoy reading and discussing books? Our book club is looking for like-minded book lovers. We’ll discuss authors, characters, themes and meanings of books. Books are loaned to participants by the Mornington Peninsula Library Service. Come for a cuppa and a chat, meet other locals who enjoy reading.

This discussion-based seminar focuses on the stories of people living with physical and intellectual disabiltiies and their family members.

Hear from various persons, their family and focus about their stories and experiences, followed by an opportunity to ask questions in an open environment.

Find out about the wonderful things that live on our beaches and swim in our oceans.

Imagine yourself as a marine biologist as you touch real objects from the Museums Victoria collections and learn about shells, sharks and ancient marine animals that lived millions of years ago.

The program features:

• Some of our favourite taxidermied animals from the Museums Victoria collection, including a green sea turtle and a seagull!

• Collection objects such as a tiger shark jaw and whale vertebra

• Real fossil specimens, such as a Megalodon tooth

Join Warwick from Wazza’s Kitchen who will guide you through culinary adventures in these single pop-up classes.

Learn to make a simple and delicious range of Spanish tapas including tortilla, garlic prawns, spiced chorizo with seared capsicum; patatas bravas; crispy squid with harissa mayonnaise, and pickled beans and cucumber.

This class is suitable for gluten-free but not vegetarian.

Get together with some friends new and old for an immersive step-by-step experience making fresh egg pasta! Learn to fashion this pasta into a range of tasty forms.

Participants will learn to how make pasta dough and shape the pasta in multiple ways. Participants will sit down to a meal of tasty three cheese ravioli with a burnt butter and sage sauce, traditional spaghetti carbonara as well as Malfatti (a classic Italian baked ricotta dumpling dish).

Learn French with an experienced native French teacher in a relaxed and comfortable environment. The lessons are practical, interactive, engaging and playful with an immersion in the French culture. You can join a class at any time.

Peninsula Bushwalking Club brings together enthusiastic walkers who enjoy exploring the joys of bushwalking.

We encourage you to come and join us as we explore the Mornington Peninsula, regional Victoria, interstate, and also overseas destinations. We want you to explore your horizons and join some like-minded, friendly people in your outdoor pursuits.

Come along and play music in a relaxed and friendly ensemble

We are a close-knit community sharing the joy of learning and friendship while breathing life back into these instruments
Our little ensemble has grown to about 13 members. Our instruments range from the Soprano, Descant, Alto, Tenor, Bass the Great Bass Recorders.
We meet once a week on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula to play music and enjoy a laugh.

Argentinian Tango Classes & Social Events

Tango is a beautiful way for people to express themselves, no matter who they are, where they come from and whether they in fact speak the same language.

Speaking tango is all that is required. On the dancefloor, everything becomes irrelevant, apart from the music and the embrace.
