Running for just 6 weeks, this class is open to all abilities and adult ages, no dance experience needed or dance partner is required. Join Hayley and learn a simple, yet fun and high-energy dance routine that will get your heart rate up, boost endorphins, stimulate your brain and memory and leave you smiling!
