Meals are easy to cook and provide a great starting point to expand your cooking repertoire.  Under the guidance of an expert cook you will learn knife skills, and cooking techniques and develop your understanding of how different flavours combine to make great tasting food.  Each meal is designed to feed four people.
If you are cooking for fewer people, just look forward to great leftovers.
