Female? Around the forty-plus mark? Here is a talk, especially for you.
Twenty years ago, award-winning Naturopath and Master Nutritionist Danielle de Natris started her professional life and her clinics on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with a talk on menopause. By popular request, this “one night only” informative and fun talk became a recurring event with hundreds of women attending and finding benefits. Since then, Danielle has run successful clinics in a number of locations on the Peninsula and overseas, and has continued doing talks on all kinds of subjects relating to health and wellbeing. Apart from her clinic, Danielle lectures nutrition in Melbourne, writes health columns for websites and magazines and received the prestigious Award of Excellence for Research in Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2017.
Now, for Women’s Health Week 2018, Danielle returns to enlighten a new generation of females going through a stage of life that can be difficult. Come and hear all the details about menopause, and how and why it is different for each woman. Learn about conventional treatments such as HRT. Hear the latest about natural alternatives, how they work and why they work so well. Find out which nutrients are really important in this stage of life to keep you healthy. Discover why you may be gaining weight, or why your moods are all over the place. Danielle uses clear and easy-to-understand concepts that will provide you with a lot of information to help you transition through this time. An evening not to miss, free but bookings essential, includes question time and supper.
