Breathwork Meditation Healing
Breathwork Meditation is a three-part active meditation technique that is done lying down (yes the whole class you lie down and get cosy) while you breathe. The active breathing is for 30ish minutes with a ten minute savasana at the end.
Breathwork is a healing modality that assists in releasing blocks, healing trauma and connecting with your intuition and so much more. It allows you to heal yourself through the power of your own breath. Breathwork is a holistic way to gain better mental health and deep inner peace.
