Women’s Circles at Mount Martha House
A Women’s Circle is a beautiful safe space for women to come together and share, be vulnerable, and importantly connect to other women and make new friends.
During a circle, we start by checking in about what’s been happening since we were last together, any topics or emotions that anyone wants to bring to the group for the session, before then going into a guided meditation for 20-30 minutes.
Afterward, we have time either for journaling or sharing about what came up during the meditation.
We then grab a cuppa and sit and just talk about whatever comes up – the topics are wide and varied and sometimes a little random! Some serious, some good laughs, and beautiful sharing for those who need to.
Women’s Circles are an ideal way to make connections with like-minded and like-spirited women in your community. The Circles are “lightly spiritual” and encourage you to tap into your Inner Child, your Inner Goddess, and step into your Queen energy.
Queen Circles are offered in a series of circles. We don’t offer one-off circles as our core principle is about creating a connection to self and community and showing up for ourselves and others consistently is a key part of the connection.
You can attend all or as many circles in the series that you enrol for as you like.
What to bring: BYO water bottle, journal, and pen. Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided or you can BYO if you prefer. Meditation can be done seated instead of lying down.
